1. Your reservation
The products presented on the website www.paraboot.com can be, for the majority, reserved online. Some articles however, aren’t available for online reservation.
Please note that the indicated prices are valid for a delivery in a point of sale in Metropolitan France or in Belux, excluding DOM ET ROM (departments and regions overseas, like Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Mayotte and La Réunion). For other destinations, the prices are to be agreed with the selected point of sales, according to the shipping costs.
2. Our price and your payment
All our prices are T.T.C. (VAT at the common law rate in force), delivery costs included. The applicable prices are those mentioned on the product sheet and confirmed when purchased in store.
2.1. Accepted payment methods
You cannot pay on our website www.paraboot.com. In store, you can pay for your order by card (CB, Visa, Mastercard, AE*) or by gift voucher. (* depending the point of sale)
Please note that Paraboot has implemented identification measures. In order to be able to reserve online, you must provide a valid e-mail address as well as a French, Belgian or Luxembourg mobile number. To reserve online at www.paraboot.com, you must accept these measures (for more information, see our “Privacy and legal” terms).
3. Your possibility to cancel your reservation before delivery
Once validated, your order cannot be cancelled online. However, if you have changed your mind, please inform the point of sale by phone, as soon as possible.
4. Your delivery
4.1. Terms of delivery
The delivery of a reserved pair online at www.paraboot.com is carried out in the point of sale, selected during your reservation.
Available items are delivered everywhere in Metropolitan France, Belgium and Luxemburg, excluding DOM ET ROM (departments and regions overseas, like Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Mayotte and La Réunion).
Any reservation, no collected within 5 working days, will be returned to Paraboot and your reservation will be considered cancelled.
4.2. Delivery delay
Unless otherwise stated, delivery will be on the date agreed at the time of reservation. You will be notified by SMS of the availability of your pair.
5. Service Click&Reserve
5.1. Service description and purchasing process
The website www.paraboot.com allows you to reserve one (or two) model(s) online for free and to have it delivered to the point of sale of your choice. Once your reservation is available, simply go to the selected store and try the model(s) reserved. If the pair(s) suit(s) you, you pay your reservation on the spot. Otherwise, you don’t have anything to pay and the boutique will take care of the return.
Upon receipt of the SMS, indicating the availability of your shoes, go to the point of sale and try the pair(s), reserved online. Any reservation that has not been withdrawn within 5 working days after the date, initially agreed for the fitting of the pair(s) booked online, will automatically be cancelled.
Paraboot or the retailer will do the utmost to make your instore purchase experience as pleasant as possible. Nevertheless, Paraboot or the retailer will in no way be held responsible for the unusually long waiting time, that may occur during busy periods.
6. Your personal data
The information necessary for your online reservation, collected by Paraboot, is intended for Paraboot only, in order to execute your reservation and related services correctly.
In accordance with the provisions of the modified "Informatique et Libertés" law n ° 78-17 of 6 January 1978, you have a right to access, modify, rectify and delete personal data about you. You also have the right to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the computerized processing of data concerning yourself.
