Delivery is against signature. The day before delivery, you will receive a message from the carrier indicating the delivery slot. If this is not convenient for you, you can choose another delivery option (date or place).
You can check that your order has been registered by going to your customer area, “My purchases” tab. A confirmation e-mail is also sent to you to notify you that your order has been registered. Once your order has been dispatched, you can track its status from your customer area or directly on the carrier’s website, using the tracking number sent to you by e-mail.
The delivery time for your order varies between 2 and 5 working days, subject to customs clearance.
Depending on the country of destination, we offer several delivery options: express delivery, standard delivery or delivery to a collection point against signature. DHL is our partner for all shipments.
Delivery is currently possible to the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Vatican City.
If the delivery is subject to duties and taxes, we will inform you of this prior to payment of the order.
Each order placed on our website gives rise to an invoice which you will receive by e-mail when the order is dispatched.

The payment system we provide is fully secure and complies with all regulations.
We offer several methods of payment, which you will find when validating your basket. Payments by check or bank transfer are not accepted.
Shipping costs may be free for orders over a certain amount, depending on the country of delivery (free shipping threshold indicated in the footer of the site and when validating the basket). Below this amount, delivery charges will be applied, depending on the option chosen.
Only orders delivered in France and Belgium may be returned to a Paraboot boutique. This return will give rise to a refund of your order or a credit note that can be used online and in store.
The return of an order delivered outside France or Belgium must be made from your customer area.
Refunds are made as soon as our logistics department has validated the conformity of the returned product, within 2 working days of receipt of your order.
Direct exchanges are not possible. For orders delivered in France or Belgium, you can choose between a refund or a credit note valid for one year in the store and online.
For orders delivered to other countries, only refunds are available.
You may return part or all of your order free of charge within 14 days of delivery. To do so, go to your customer area, “My purchases” tab. From the details of your order you will have access to the “Request a return” button. As soon as our logistics department has received your return, we will issue a credit note or refund your order.
Paraboot will pay the return shipping costs. Once the return has been confirmed by our customer service department, you will be sent a shipping label.
